About the Role:
Jessica Bara is seeking a dynamic individual to fill a unique dual role combining Social Media Content Creation with Retail Sales Associate responsibilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend your creativity in digital content with hands-on retail experience. You will drive our brand’s presence on TikTok while also engaging with customers directly in our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative TikTok content strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor TikTok trends and algorithm changes to ensure content is relevant and optimized for maximum reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and influencers to brainstorm and execute new content ideas and promotional campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, assisting customers and influencers with their needs and inquiries.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Help with visual merchandising and store displays to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in TikTok and Instagram content creation, including video editing and trend analysis.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to balance creative tasks with retail responsibilities effectively.
